If you are making a backport, then you are free to make any changes that 
you deem necessary.  But we are developing packages for etch, and I 
suspect that if we put back a dependency on a package 
marked "transitional", we'd get the opposite bug.

Considering that with apache2.2 coming in, the kolab-resource-handlers 
package will divert quite heavily from sarge compatibility, I don't 
have much enthusiasm for keeping old stuff around.
