I'm sorry to tell you, but this problem is not yet fixed.
Installed version of ca-certificates:
ii ca-certificates 20061027 Common CA
Certificates PEM files
There should be a link, but isn't:
finlandia!joey(tty1):/etc/ssl/certs> l |grep luonnotar
-rw------- 1 uucp root 1661 Oct 29 2005 2005-luonnotar.crt
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1399 Sep 5 21:53 2006-luonnotar.crt

Hence, forced to be offline again until I manually recreate the
link:
