Hi, it looks like all issues I found during the tests are sorted out, and patches are already in the 1_0 branch or posted to the isync-devel mailing list [1]. The author also agreed to release a 1.0.3 version with all these patches, so that the ancient any buggy isync version in Debian can be replaced by something new, maybe even for Etch.
