That is a known minor issue.

It seems that directfb supports setting this in /etc/directfbrc.
From the manpage:
[no-]lefty
Swaps left and right mouse buttons. Useful for left-handers.
I guess we could add a boot parameter for this.
Could you confirm if this actually works by following the following this
procedure:
- boot the installer with 'installgui BOOT_DEBUG=3'
- at the first debug shell:
- 'nano /etc/directfbrc'
- add a new line containing "lefty" (without the quotes)
- type exit twice to exit debug shells
