Package: xmms
Version: 1.2.10+cvs20050209-2
Severity: normal

Error description:

ATTENTION: This error occurres in the versions of Sarge and Sid
not only in Sarge (my Sid-Station has no Internet
connection and can not send E-Mails)

I have tried to edit ogg-vorbis tags (from files I have gotten from
Friends and <http://www.archive.org/>) but it ended with a useless
error message of:

    Error!
    An error occurred:
    Failed to modify tag

There should be a explanation WHY it failed to modify the tag.

Since I can edit all of MY OWN ogg-vorbis files, it is realy weired.

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day
