package apache2.2-common reopen 391393 retitle apache2.2-common: missing modules cern_meta, dumpio and ext_filter thanks
Removing the .load files does not solves the problem. There is no reason to drop cern_meta, dumpio and ext_filter modules, and many sysadmin can use it in prodution systems. If you have obscure reason to disable these modules, please put them in NEWS.Debian.
