Yes, the previous cjk-latex packages work fine. And not only I can not use latex but also many people can not use it after the latex-cjk-common installed.

When I use latex to create dvi file, I get the error message as below.

I don't think this is the case. This package has been used a lot
already. What is obviously true that some particular document is
unusable.

Can you provide a sample file for this problem - ideally a short one?
