I remember now. We disabled the progress bar on purpose in this case because another progress bar is already running for pkgsel and starting the progress bar for choose-mirror on top of that would "kill" the pkgsel progress bar. So enabling the progress bar here is not an option (unless we do it in a very, very smart way).
