OK, I re-tested. No segfault anymore. Just one thing: The new isync version looks for a maildir ~/Maildir where it expexts the INBOX folder. With the same setup, INBOX is saved as ~/<configured maildir>/INBOX when using isync 0.9.2. This would be an issue when upgrading to 1.0.2.
