Hello Jon,

I prefer to use the upstream name of Azureus2.jar. I think the Java
policy should probably differentiate between programs and libraries in
this case. It's important for libraries to have the version number in
the file name so that multiple versions of the library can exist on
the system, but the same cannot be said for programs. So, I don't plan
to fix this bug. I would rather see the policy changed.
