I'm not sure this is a good idea; it rather belong to some higher level meta package. Check libgnomevfs2-extra, it's pulled by gnome-desktop-environment. I'm not sure it's useful to Recommend it as well from libgnomevfs2-0. In particular, note that the Depends of gnome-mount are *HUGE* (you might want to try --as-needed).
