please remove rageircd from Debian unstable. I have uploaded 2.0.1-7 to experimental, which reflect the state of the package better than it being in unstable. I'd appreciate that the experimental package stays around so that rageircd packaging stays available to people, and that rageircd does not have to go through NEW again should the bugs be fixed eventually.
