Note that you haven't fixed the FTBFS, just made it explicit - there is
no reason that the package could not be built on any architecture.

This package contains architecture specific source files, and does
not provide a 'generic' version for unsupported architectures. Steps
could be taken to allow the package to build, but it would either be
missing the link-time stub libraries, or they would be empty of useful
symbols. Neither one of which would make this package be very useful.
