Hi,

I don't think that "~/Maildir" is a mandatory location for maildirs.  I
think that might be more a convention of Courier IMAP.  Can we let the
user specify the root location for toursst maildirs?

Also, the ".TouRSSt.Name_of_RSS_feed" naming convention might be nice to
modify.  I think this convention conforms to the Maildir++ spec, but
it's not necessary for plain Maildir.  

Unfortunately, this might not conform to the XBEL format that toursst
currently uses for it's configuration.  However, I'm not a big fan of
this format because XML wasn't really designed to be human-readable.

Maybe toursst can support another, more simple configuration file, so
that toursst can be more fined-tuned?  Or maybe more information can be
accepted in the XBEL file?
