Yes.  I have never installed any python stuff on my own.

I don't claim to understand the debian python policy and infrastructure,
but I was thinking more of files created by postinst, and hopefully
removed by postrm.  That's why I called my report "*purge* doesn't" (not
"remove doesn't").
