Package: slatec Version: 4.1 Severity: wishlist the slatec package is very useful for the research i am doing. i am dissappointed to find out that it has been removed from the archive.
reading the other bugs, it looks like this was removed because the maintainer did not keep his changes separate from the upstream version. if i were to help update the package to have an orig and a diff, would it be possible to bring slatec back? or is there a licensing issue here that isn't apparent? thanks. mike -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (600, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-1-686 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
