As far as I know, IMAP cannot reveal this information, so unfortunately,
OfflineIMAP will not be able to do it.

It would be possible to write some sort of tool along the lines of
perforate that would examine only message bodies and relevant headers
and hardlink messages together.  A bitwise comparison will probably not
do what you want because headers can differ subtly between folders,
though you may want to try perforate anyway and see if it does what you
want.
