The orginal ITP provides a link to the web page where you can find download information: http://castano.ludicon.com/page.php?page_id=118 There's also a website at kde-apps: http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=42586 QShaderEdit is currently under development, and although it's already useful to final users, I think it's very early for wide distribution. My intention is to make it part of kde4, so packaging efforts might be in vane if it's finally integrated in kde.
