I didn't notice your build report earlier, so I filed #390888 which has
a proposed patch to pull packages from experimental. It's not specific
to experimental and has some short-comings, but I think it already does
better than the current experimental buildds.
I suppose the proposed patch would also fix your bug, so I'm merging
them; feel free to test the patch and report success or failure.
There is a known problem with Conflicts between experimental package
and unstable packages.
