These bugs can simply be reported against the general pseudo package.

It's universal for packages only. Some non-package related teams also
use it, but some (like DSA) do not.

I've told you exactly what you have to do to convince me that such a
pseudo package is a good idea; whether you want to do so or not is
entirely up to you.

  1) Get the people who actually would be monitoring these bugs to ask
     for a pseudo package to be created.

  2) Use usertags to mark the bugs that would be reassigned to the
     pseduo package.

Your alternative is to convince someone else with an [EMAIL PROTECTED] hat;
but since no one else has responded to this bug in a year, good luck.
