Package: mt-daapd Version: 0.2.4+r1376-1 Severity: normal -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1
I'm using mt-daapd to stream Ogg Vorbis files to Amarok. The default /etc/mt-daapd.conf file is set to not transcode .ogg files, but by looking at http://localhost:3689/index.html and at the command line for Amarok's streaming proxy, I can see that it's actually transcoding the Ogg file and sending it to Amarok as a WAV. I guess it must be a bug, since it's clearly set to not transcode in the config file. - -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing'), (800, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-1-k7 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages mt-daapd depends on: ii adduser 3.97 Add and remove users and groups ii avahi-daemon 0.6.14-1 Avahi mDNS/DNS-SD daemon ii libavahi-compat-howl0 0.6.13-3 Avahi Howl compatibility library ii libavcodec0d 0.cvs20060823-4 ffmpeg codec library ii libavformat0d 0.cvs20060823-4 ffmpeg file format library ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-4 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libflac7 1.1.2-5 Free Lossless Audio Codec - runtim ii libid3tag0 0.15.1b-8 ID3 tag reading library from the M ii libogg0 1.1.3-2 Ogg Bitstream Library ii libsqlite3-0 3.3.7-1 SQLite 3 shared library ii libtag1c2a 1.4-4 TagLib Audio Meta-Data Library ii libtagc0 1.4-4 TagLib Audio Meta-Data Library (C ii libvorbis0a 1.1.2-1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii libvorbisfile3 1.1.2-1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3-13 compression library - runtime mt-daapd recommends no packages. - -- no debconf information -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFFN1To5+GdyTDsrJsRAnXrAJ4wPjZko/4/W6UEe5vzomgz0R8ipQCdG1pC opnrbObzaLVReMDttJV1HFA= =DUJ3 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
