You are right, this is a very simple patch, no chance to break
anything.  I have checked it into the repository.

Fellow maintainers, what do you think - when should I upload this?
Either today, resetting tetex-bin's migration time from 9 to 10 days, or
only after 3.0-22 has reached testing?  I personally have the feeling
that one day more or less won't hurt, and the freeze isn't going to be
in October.  However, I might be wrong...
