As the subject suggest, the libsmi2 package description should mention that it includes a number of tools besides the library itself. Especially smilint is worth mentioning. I suggest to add the following text to the description: This package contains the library along with some utilities: smilint, a MIB/PIB syntax checker, smidump, a dumper/converter for SMI/MIB files, smidiff, a logical difference finder for SMI/MIB and SPPI/PIB files, smiquery, a query tool for MIB/PIB files and smistrip which can extract MIB/PIB modules from text files.
