Bug#393459: Bugzilla 2.22-5 postinst dies with status 10

i have the same problem.  i hacked up /usr/share/debconf/confmodule to spit out 
some debug data and got this:
10 bugzilla/pgsql/authmethod-admin doesn't exist

any ideas?
