Package: wpasupplicant
Version: 0.5.5-2
Severity: normal

If I use ifupdown integration, wpa_supplicant starts up nicely as
expected. It associates with the AP and then dhclient (called by
ifup) tries to get a lease. However, if I cancel dhclient,
wpa_supplicant continues to live. It would be nice if wpa_supplicant
could tie in with ifup in such a way that a non-zero exit code from
dhclient (or whatever other configuration method is being used)
would kill wpa_supplicant as well.

Cheers,
