More or less. Basically yes. We're starting to work on the
experimental branch to 0.3 that will be uploaded to experimental
probably in next week. If you desire to help us (it'll be great if you
can) you should work always against branches/0.3 since trunk will soon
be moved to branches/0.2 and the former moved to trunk to we prepare
0.4 release.
