Thanks. I suspect what happened, is the key (and password) was meant to be configured as the default when the working directory was initially checked out. However, tailor doesn't appear very good at recovering from past errors. In this case, I suspect it assumes the initialisation worked without error when run again, and doesn't try to configure the key.
