Bug#358313: ftp.debian.org: Korean mirror unstable

Maybe the maximum client connection have been reached. No specific error log have been found.

The vsftpd connection settings :

# Set maximum Clients
max_clients=2000
# Set Max per IP
max_per_ip=10

Maybe I should modify this settings?

To Kai Hendry: do you still have this problem ? if yes, maybe you should
try to access this mirror through http.

To ftp.kr.d.o (aka ftp.kaist.ac.kr) admins:
Could you investigate this issue ? Is there a limit concerning the
number of clients or something else ?
