Well, by now this has been resolved in all known to be affected packages except gchangepass. For the latter, there isn't a clear indication about when or if this is going to be fixed at all. Can this bug be closed so gettext can move to testing? With only the gchangepass problem remaining, I'd say that it's the responsibility of that package to solve it if it wants to keep buildable.
