I ran into the same problem today on sid during updating my sid laptop
after some weeks:

"log_selector" option set for the second time

I've made very minimal modifications to my exim config (basically only some
TLS configs) and I'm rather confident that I've never specified a log_selector
manually. I've made no modifications so far, if you want to try something
drop me a note.
