Package: libcairo2 Version: 1.2.4-1 Some gtk-based programs will crash with this message when they try to display particular fonts:
cairo-ft-font.c:680: _cairo_ft_unscaled_font_set_scale: Assertion 'error == 0' failed. Aborted. For example, after a clean install of vim-gtk (version 1:7.0-094+1), running gvim and setting the font to "Terminal" option with :set guifont=Terminal will cause gvim to crash with the above message. Another font that causes the crash is "Lucida". An install of firefox from .deb packages also displays similar behavior. I'm using Debian Sarge 3.1 on an i686 machine with a 2.6.8-1-686 kernel. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
