Package: tk8.4-dev
Version: 8.4.12-1
Severity: normal

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

I found, that the package depends on transitonal packages, which are
considered to be removed "safely" after the transition. But because
it depends on x-dev, x-dev cannot be removed.

Please update the dependencies to e.g.: x11proto-core-dev | x-dev.

Regards, Daniel
