Followup-For: Bug #299320
when set up for norwegian, localization-config adds these lines to
/etc/mozilla/prefs.:
pref("intl.accept_languages", "no,en")
pref("general.useragent.locale", "no")
Now with these two in place, the settings in this file is neglected,
but when I comment them out, the rest is included in the settings.
