Bug#383380: Retest using net-snmp 5.2.3

I have tested it using 5.2.3 and I still see the problem.  This will 
also be submitted to the debian bug as well.

> snmptest -V
NET-SNMP version: 5.2.3
> snmptest -v2c -c public -m ALL -M mibs/:/usr/share/snmp/mibs/ 10.0.0.28
