This is a post-sarge-ish item, there's no reason to destabalise things for
sarge to fix this. If we have a bit of time the change could easily be
made pre-sarge.

In exclude-udebs-i386:

This is no longer accurate, we now have access-cd-drivers floppy images
which could be used to do CD installs using the speakup kernel, but
which don't yet work because the speakup kernel modules are currently
excluded from the CD.

Of course we need to look at whether removing this exclusion makes the
CDs too big. I suspect it's ok since we recently freed up 4 mb of space
on the netinst and businesscard by dropping the manuals. We'd also need
to check how it imacts the full CD.
