This bug violates at least policy 10.7.2, as the files in modified in
/var/lib/hinfo/ are being used as configuration files, and should be
located in /etc.
I'm sure there's another policy reference that's more on point about the
program must not modify non-configuration files shipped in the package,
but I can't find it (and having found 10.7.2, I've stopped looking).
