Bug#389741: update

[Gertjan Oude Lohuis [Byte]]

Same bug exists in version 1.8.1, which is default in stable (we 
backported 1.8.7-2).

Bug is located in lib/ipmi_lanp.c, which does not check for the correct 
number of arguments with various 'lan set' commands.

This is the case (at least) at lines 1215 (ipaddr), 1223 (netmask) and 
1231 (macaddr).
