Oh; it's probably just an accident. I should have communicated this more
clearly to the util-linux maintainer. :-/ This would need to get fixed, yes.

Note that giving rsize and wsize to the kernel has been rather obsolete for
several years now; the defaults are not nearly as low as they used to be.
