If  /etc/init.d/rc is a  conffile,  and it  gets modify, I  think dpkg
should  warn the user when  a the sysv-rc package  tries to replace it
with a new version, isn't it?

The patch is not very big,  so I believe it should  be possible to get
it merged somehow. I'll check what can be done..
