Updated Dutch translation. Reviewed on d-l10n-dutch. One comment: I find "Policy for handling keymaps:" to be somewhat incorrect as selecting a keymap from a list can hardly be considered a "policy". In the Dutch translation I have used the equivalent of "Options for keymap setup:" instead. Cheers, FJP
