Hi, options for solution 1. introduce apt-listbugs.conf 2. introduce APT_LISTBUGS_HTTP_PROXY env. var which overrides HTTP_PROXY and apt.conf
2 looks like a two-line patch; 1 would probably be better, but will
introduce something completely new to apt-listbugs configuration,
which I'm a bit weary about.
