Well, I haven't heard back from you, but I have time to work on this bug today, so I am going to make an upload. I am going to assume that my theory is correct, and that your problem was caused by loose dependencies between the various Pythoncard binary packages. I've tightened up those dependencies, and I'll upload -2 later this afternoon. Feel free to reopen the bug if the new upload does not fix your problem.
