openssl has a GPL-incompatible, but DFSG-free license. To link openssl
to GPLled code, the GPLled code needs an exception clause in its
license. exim itself has that exception, some of the database
connectors we use have not. Thus, exim4-daemon-heavy, linked with
openssl, would be a license violation.
