Package: wxmaxima
Version: 0.6.5-1
Severity: important

Hi,

wxmaxima does not show output lines (those starting with '(%o*)'). To
reproduce, I type:

   a(x) := x * 2;

into the input field. This shows my input right behind the line starting
with '(%i1)', the first input line. Then I type

   a(2);

into the input field. This should output a line like

   (%o2) 4

but it doesn't, it prints 'a(2);' right behind the output from the
function definition.

Trying to restart maxima from within wxmaxima using the menu does not
work. There is only a red-colored text flashing:

   CLIENT: Lost socket connection ...
   Restart maxima with 'Maxima->Restart maxima'.

Repeating this a few times may cause wxmaxima to segfault, but sometimes
it doesn't.

Starting wxmaxima via the command shows a GTK-Warning saying that the
symbol 'stock_export' couldn't be found.

When I use maxima via the command line everything seems to be fine, but
xmaxima does not work either. I don't know how far wxmaxima and xmaxima
are connected, maybe this is important.

   Carsten
