lush's dependency on lush-library (>= ${Source-Version}) will be
impossible to fulfill if lush undergoes a binary-only NMU for whatever
reason; please add a versioned build dependency on
dpkg-dev (>= 1.13.19) and change the dependency on lush-library to
(= ${source:Version}). (The ">" isn't accomplishing anything given
lush-library's tight dependency on lush.)
Also, please eliminate the packages' circular dependency by
downgrading lush-library's relationship to lush from Depends: to
Recommends:.
