Hm, there are much more than one. And I'm not sure that it is intended for public usage. The description on CTAN is: ,---- | Example code for "LaTeX Tips und Tricks" book. | | Description | | This is the code for the examples in the book “LaTeX | Tips und Tricks”, dpunkt 2000, ISBN 3-932588-37-1. The | code includes application examples as well as packages and class | files developed in the book. `---- I guess they are not supported by the author, and hence not installed as ordinary CTAN packages, but only as examples. I don't have the book, but if it has a didactical approach there might actually be examples with severe limitations in them, "how to deal with that we'll see in the next example". Even worse, there doesn't seem to be a license statement with the files on CTAN. Do you have the book? I can imagine that the license statement is in the book or on the accompanying CD.
