Package: aptitude Version: 0.4.3-1 Hello,
We're having some problems with apt-cacher giving us files that mismatch in size when downloading packages. The problem is we can only find out what files are problematic by using apt-get, for aptitude does not report that the files failed; it just does not install the packages and gives us the 'hit return to continue'. This is a generic, security-related problem, as well, since we're not being reported that some files were 'corrupt'.
