% package require msgcat

% namespace import msgcat::*
% mcload
wrong # args: should be "mcload langdir"
Ok, I get the same output!
If it's ok for you with 8.3 Tk version, i'll change the script, which is
redondant (i've just seen it !) calling wish AND Tk 8-|, with a call for
tclsh instead of wish.
