Package: k3b Version: 0.12.17-1 Severity: wishlist Now k3b writes an ISO image. Then it verifies it has been correctly written. To do so, first it computes the MD5 and starts re-reading the ISO image from the source. Then computes the MD5 reading from the burned media.
It would be way faster if the first MD5 computation were done "on the fly", while it's writing the image.
