Bug#387151: Support -n parameter for backward compatibilty

Version 0.44 (upstream) of quilt supported parameter "-n", that was removed in version 0.45. The parameter is still used in openembedded.org scripts, that are broken after installation of 0.45-3. It will take time for openembedded.org guys to adapt their scripts to newer quilt.

Is it possible to return the parameter, and to write "deprecated" in man page?

In any case, the man page should have a paragraph describing alternative method of usage.
